Can I Cancel My Order?
We regret to inform you that cancelling an order is not possible once the order is confirmed after checkout.
What will I do if I received a damaged product.

Can you deliver to my Province?
We can deliver almost anywhere. Shipping time is 3-14 business days.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one, where is the rest of my order.
We have a large assortment of products not stocked on hand, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once … they are on the way!
My item has not arrived on the given time frame, what should I do?
There are instances where the shipping time takes more than we stated, this is because of some reasons:
- Incomplete address
- Unreachable mobile number
- Area not covered via COD or Area is considered remote
Our products are UA .“UA” stands for “Unauthorized Authentic”. UA products are very similar to retail NIKE ADIDAS JORDAN VANS PUMA FILA & other brands but are never officially contracted with those companies to be made. UA are usually made in the same factories, with the same materials, and the same workers that make the official retail pairs. they are a much higher quality and many people cannot differ UA from official products. We are NOT selling OEM/Class A items.
What if I order something that is Out of Stock?
We work very hard to prevent this from happening. Occasionally, however, orders might slip through that contain out-of-stock items. In these cases, out-of-stock item(s) or your entire order may be cancelled; you will, of course, receive a refund to your credit card for any items that cannot be shipped. Our fulfillment center will also contact you to let you know that your order has been modified.
How can I track my shipment?
The tracking number associated with your order will be sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you didn’t receive, or cannot find your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will send you your tracking number directly.
Please note that some orders with Standard Shipping might not have a tracking number, but you can check the status of your order by email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
